home again : MRTA vs MLTA

at dis moment aku mmg sgt sgt sgt struggling blaja psal home loan and mortgage insurance yg provided..kalo boleh aku mmg nk cari yg betol2 terbaik..yela,instalment bukan 5 6 taun..mcm spanjang hayat koooooooooooootttt..so kne cari yg plg bagos laa..

ni aku summarize kn ckit ape yg aku tau..snang next time aku x yah la terhegeh2 nk surf balik..huhu.

MRTA

1. cover reduce smpai end of tenure
2. no cash back (x dpt duit la pas tamat tempoh)
3. cannot transfer loan lain (let say nk beli rmh lain,x leh la tuka soh cover rmh baru tu)
4. bayar lump sum 1 time (msok dlm loan amount la..tp pk2 balik termasok dlm interest kte la)
5. if anything happen,rmh x payah bayar instalment lg..rmh still kite punye,tp x dpt duit la
6. if nothing happen, can get nothing..duit yg dh bayar burned


MLTA

1. cover remain fixed sampai end of tenure
2. ade cash back (kalo x de pape jadi n tamat tempoh,leh dpt duit balik)
3. can transfer kt loan rmh lain.
4. monthly instalment (x masuk dlm loan,so x termasuk dlm interest)
5. if anything happen,rmh still kite punye,x yah bayar rmh n dpt extra cash (if any premium cash - outstanding loan)
6. if nothing happen, dpt duit kita balik.

Ok,ni yg aku paham la..x tau la kot2 ade yg termisunderstood..tp based on this,aku prefer MLTA la kot..next step cari the best of MLTA insurance..huhu.sape ek???
