home again : MRTA vs MLTA

at dis moment aku mmg sgt sgt sgt struggling blaja psal home loan and mortgage insurance yg provided..kalo boleh aku mmg nk cari yg betol2 terbaik..yela,instalment bukan 5 6 taun..mcm spanjang hayat koooooooooooootttt..so kne cari yg plg bagos laa..

ni aku summarize kn ckit ape yg aku tau..snang next time aku x yah la terhegeh2 nk surf balik..huhu.

MRTA

1. cover reduce smpai end of tenure
2. no cash back (x dpt duit la pas tamat tempoh)
3. cannot transfer loan lain (let say nk beli rmh lain,x leh la tuka soh cover rmh baru tu)
4. bayar lump sum 1 time (msok dlm loan amount la..tp pk2 balik termasok dlm interest kte la)
5. if anything happen,rmh x payah bayar instalment lg..rmh still kite punye,tp x dpt duit la
6. if nothing happen, can get nothing..duit yg dh bayar burned


MLTA

1. cover remain fixed sampai end of tenure
2. ade cash back (kalo x de pape jadi n tamat tempoh,leh dpt duit balik)
3. can transfer kt loan rmh lain.
4. monthly instalment (x masuk dlm loan,so x termasuk dlm interest)
5. if anything happen,rmh still kite punye,x yah bayar rmh n dpt extra cash (if any premium cash - outstanding loan)
6. if nothing happen, dpt duit kita balik.

Ok,ni yg aku paham la..x tau la kot2 ade yg termisunderstood..tp based on this,aku prefer MLTA la kot..next step cari the best of MLTA insurance..huhu.sape ek???

bank..bank..bank..

ari sgt sibuk ngn application form..nk email form yg ini..nk scan doc yg itu..adoooii..nsbek la org x rmai lg dtg keje..x de la org pasan sgt..hahaha.tp byk gak la keje aku nk kne wat ni..tp x pe,everything is settled..aku dh anto 3 bank..

1. Alrajhi - yg last td nak mailing address..OK,DONE!

2. RHB - sent new form + dec payslip+bank statement..OK,DONE!

3. muamalat - aku apply 2 tempat..tgok cmne..dh email doc2 yg diperlukan..OK,DONE!

waaa...i done all these in 1 time..hahhaa..

1st GREAT step

currently aku mmg bz yg amaaaattt sbb sibuk cari bank nk wat loan..alhamdulillah,my progress smakin lancar..arini aku dh apply 3 bank ntok home loan..arap2 sume approved and aku nampak yg plg terbaik ntok aku n famili in future..huhu.

but main important point aku for this post is today 1st time aku nk p jmp famili en.P..waaaaaa~ sgt neves wokey..(even actually not so neves wat mase ni sbb x rase pape pn lg..wakakaka..tp mlm ni b4 jmp mesti tgn menggigil..seram sejuk jari jemari..hek3~)

hopefully 2nite everything goes smoothly..arp2 dorg ok ngn aku..wink2 smbil meleleh air mate..(T.T)

searching house...*.*

lame dh aku x coret dlm ni..huhu.anyway,skrg aku tgh cbuk cari rumah nk beli rmh ntok mase depan..cewah!;p psal wed preparation aku stop jap laa.nk concentrate kt rmh je dlu..susah btol la nk beli rmh. the most difficult thing is nk cari yg freehold..mmg payah kak lah..lg2 nk cari area taman puncak jalil tu.mmg la majority leasehold.aku pn x tua la ok ke x sbnanye beli leasehold..tny member2 dorg pn rmai yg beli leasehold gak..nnt nk jual balik kee (manela tau;p) mesti susah sbb kne cari bumi gak kan..last2 pk2 cm nk beli jela leasehold..tp harge lak bukan men melambong2..kalo dh lease tu bagi la murah ckit.huhuh.hampeh tol la agent ni..cekik darah! arp2 jmp la jugak rmh yg seswai...aku pn cm dah penat dok cari2 kt tenet ni...
